RETURN PACKAGING

How to return your items:

1. Place items back inside the provided box ensuring that it is packaged safe and well protected.
2. Place the box inside the provided pre-paid satchel and seal. You will be responsible for any damage that occurs if not packaged properly.
3. Lodged the package over the counter at a registered Australia Post location. Proof of lodgement will need to be provided if requested by DCH.

Please note original packaging must be returned; failure to do so will result in a $15 charge per missing box.
