MY ORDER

Just browse though our collection online, pick the items you want and we will deliver them to your door anywhere in Australia.

Our rental period is for a 4 day reservation. We recommend you book your order to arrive 1-2 days prior to your event to ensure you have plenty of time to get your perfect look.

If you require a longer rental period please contact us.

We recommend you set your delivery date for 2 days before your event to ensure it arrives it on time.

Please note, we do not accept bookings made less than one week in advance.

Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellations of orders. If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately.

HIRE INFORMATION

In your package you will receive a delivery return satchel bag with a pre-paid label. Please package up the item as you received it with the tissue, delicately back in the box in the satchel and deliver to your local post office.

Please take note of your return date as any late returns incur a $30 per day late fee.

We rely on our customers to return our items on time so that we can continue to fulfil orders for all our customers. If you do return this late unfortunately another customer might miss out so please make sure this is returned by the date.

Please email us if you are unable to return the item by the scheduled day of return. We will help assist you in getting the items back to us on time.

If you return your rental items late, a fee of $30 per day will be charged.

No problem! Just take your package to an Australia Post location for lodgement on the next available day.

DELIVERY

Yes, all items are available for delivery Australia wide using Australia Post Express. To ensure delivery to your area please allow a minimum of 7 business days for all bookings. Please also allow extra time over Public Holidays.

Our packages are shipped via Australia Post EXPRESS SHIPPING. All orders include a return pre-paid postage bag.

DCH offers free shipping on orders over $120. For orders under $120 a $15 fee for return Express shipping will apply.

As soon as your order has been shipped an email will be sent to you to let you know your order is on its way.

You will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.

Packages will only be delivered on weekdays Monday - Friday.

If your hire date falls on a Weekend or a Public Holiday we will be sure to make sure your package arrives on the closest weekday.

Currently we only ship Australia wide.

If you live outside Australia and want to enquire about hiring from DCH, please get in contact.

HELP

No, the DCH team will take care of all the cleaning for you.

We take your health seriously, so all items are cleaned when they return to us and before we send them out. With regards to earrings, we use a sterile solution to clean the posts before they are sent to you. For your piece of mind, we also send out a sterile single use wipe for you to clean the earring posts as well.

In the case that your crown is damaged we offer $100 accidental damage insurance. If the cost is greater than this, you will be charged accordingly.

Please advise us about the damage before you return it as this will allow us to give you the insurance.

If nothing is reported then you will not receive the insurance and will be charged 100% of the repair cost due to failure of protected packaging of the crown and it being damaged in transit.

If you lose your crown you will be charged the retail price of the crown. Please advise us if you have lost the crown and again we can consider using the insurance to help cover the cost.

All hires are sent out for signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign for package or aren’t home/at work at the time of your delivery the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection at your earliest convenience.

No refunds will be issued once an item is booked, which includes cancellation of the event or your inability to attend for any reason. We also do not take responsibility for any actions of Australia Post.
